Build 23 Chairs for our Lodge Porches: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, building the chairs to design (cutting wood, sanding, and screwing pieces together), and painting the chairs. 23 chairs would allow us to have 4 chairs in front of each lodge. Currently we have only 9 chairs spread out over our 8 lodges.

Improve Stations of the Cross Bayou Path: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, cutting down trees, removing brush, grading path to be raise with 2-foot slope on each side of path (to keep path dry), expanding gravel path to be 4-foot wide, and repairing Station Grottos as needed.

Create Stations of the Cross Grotto on Room Side: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, cutting down trees, removing brush, and building grottos out of stone and cement for each station.

Install Water Line to Fire Pit on Lodge Side: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, trenching, and installing pipe line from pool area to fire pit.

Install Water Line to Fire Pit on Room Side: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, trenching, and installing pipe line from room to fire pit.

French Drainage: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, planning for drainage, digging, and installing drainage near rooms.

Gravel Installation: The project includes raising funds to purchase needed supplies, digging out plants and grass and adding gravel to section near awnings.

The CRC will meet to discuss project, provide donation letters for the scout to bring to businesses and individuals to obtain funding, provide tax donation letters to donors, purchase supplies with funds raised, provide for oversight and guidance by our maintenance team, and have a ribbon cutting ceremony upon completion.
