Spiritual Director, Kim Brown will be the retreat facilitator.  Kim is also the CRC Director, a Catholic speaker, and author.  
Her book, Spiritual Lessons along the Camino, has been featured on EWTN Radio, Relevant Radio, Ave Maria Radio, as well as numerous local Catholic programs. 

Kim Brown has had a unique life and brings all her experiences together when presenting to teens or adult audiences. Some of Kim's unique experiences include: serving as a firefighter, owning a nationally ranked haunted house attraction, running a Hurricane Katrina Shelter, hiking the Camino de Santiago, leading student service trips across America, running an Adult Formation & RCIA program, discerning religious life, running a retreat center, among many more experiences that she brings into her talks. Kim engages her audience through storytelling and using these experiences. She is able to connect with people during all life stages and ages in her audience. 

Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration & Planning from the University of North Texas (2002), a Master's in Education with a concentration in Administration from the University of North Texas (2004), and a Masters of Theology with a concentration in Sacred Scripture from Holy Apostles College and Seminary (2020). In addition, Kim has studied extensively her Faith as well as attended non-degree programs focused on Spiritual Direction such as the Vita Consecrata Institute at Christendom College, part of the Notre Dame Graduate, the Spiritual Mentorship Program for the Holy Family School of Faith in the Archdiocese of Kansas City, and the Spiritual Direction & the Moral Life by Father Dennis Billy, C.Ss.R.

Kim Brown will work with your group to identify the desired outcome and to create a customized program for your group. Kim Brown has been providing staff training since her days in Higher Education and switched over to full-time ministry in 2012. Booking a customize retreat at the CRC saves your group money (Kim normal day fee is $1,200 plus travel), 100% of the funds go to the CRC, and your group gets a retreat experience off your campus. 

- ACTS Team Retreat (Monday - Wednesday from 6PM-8PM) only $500
- Tuesday Retreat 10AM - 2PM or 9:30AM - 1:30PM only $1,000 (parish/school staff, or school retreat)
- Evening Ministry Retreat (Monday - Wednesday from 6PM-8PM) only $500
- Saturday Retreat from 10AM - 3PM: $3,500 (plus meal cost)
- 1-Night Overnight Retreat for Schools Monday - Wednesday: 1-Night/ 2 Meals 22-Hours $150 per person (minimum of 30 people required) or $125 per person with at least 50 people
- 2​​​-Night Overnight Retreat for Schools Monday - Wednesday: 2-Nights/ 5 Meals 46-Hours $275 per person (minimum of 30 people required) or $225 per person with at least 50 people

*Rates include hall rental, hall set-up, retreat facilitator, and materials up to 100 people!
