Why I came to serve as a missionary?
⁃ I came to be a missionary at the CRC so that I could serve the Lord and help others grow closer to Him, while also being able to have some time to discern my future and what God is calling me to do.
How have I grown?
⁃ I have grown in recognizing and appreciating the Lord’s everlasting peace, joy, and love in all aspects of my life (people, work, prayer, leisure, adventure), and I have also grown in knowledge of the balanced life He wants me to live that will bring me and others the most happiness through Him.
How have I seen the Lord working in my life?
⁃ I have seen the Lord working in my life through the many people that have been a part of it, especially in their guidance and advice they have given me for specifically my time at the CRC but also for my future.
Some of the blessings received as a missionary…
⁃ Being so close to the Blessed Sacrament and being able to pray in His presence each day.
⁃ The opportunity to serve the Lord while saving money for future endeavors and adventures.
⁃ Wonderful and kind coworkers who cared for me.
My favorite place at the CRC is…
⁃ My favorite place at the CRC is the meditation chapel. I love being able to be with Jesus in the peaceful and beautiful simplicity of this sanctuary.
Recommendation for future missionaries…
⁃ I recommend to future missionaries to find ways to fill their work with joy, and I also remind them to take time to rest and renew both body and soul.
Where I am off to?
⁃ I have plans to spend time with family for bit before going back to school to do something to truly use the gifts God has given me to bring glory to Him through the goodness, the joy, and the love I experience when using these gifts.
