Confirmation by Cleopas

The retreat starts on Friday at 7 PM and ends on Sunday at 1PM.
*Groups can arrive for check-in at 6PM. Dinner should have been eaten prior to arrival. 

The retreat is fully planned by Cleopas & Co.

All registration goes through the CRC. 

Lodging is by gender with 16 per lodge in a twin bunk bed. 2 chaperones are required per lodge. 

Each Attendee Should Bring:
- Linens for Twin Bed (sheets, pillow, sleeping bag, etc)
- Towel, Shampoo, Body Soap, Flip Flops, etc for Showers
- Comfortable & Modest Clothes for Activities and Prayer Time before the Blessed Sacrament
- Closed Toe Shoes for Outdoor Activities
- Bug Spray or Sunscreen depending on time of year 
- Journal for writing

The actual retreat is designed to allow you to spend time journeying with your students. Let Celopas & Co be staff and you enter into the retreat with your group. 

But beforehand, please plan the following:
- After getting your reservation form, the CRC will confirm your date and send you a bill for 20% of the cost based on the number of spaces being held.
- If your number increases or decreases, let CRC know at kbrown@retreatcentercrc.org so we can make modifications for lodging, etc
- 14-days prior to your retreat, email kbrown@retreatcentercrc.org with the final count (male youth, male chaperones, female youth, female chaperone) and dietary needs. CRC accommodates Diabetic, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan meals. 
- CRC will mail you a bill (minus the deposit paid). Your group will bring payment to check-in. 

- Divide your youth into 3 groups and have 1/3 bring each of the following items to share: 24-pack of water, 12-pack of soda, 12-pack of individually wrapped snack
- Love Letters - some parishes will have parents and Catechists write love letters to their youth. Letting them know how much they love them as well as how important their Faith is to them. These are then sorted prior to coming and placed in bags that can be given to the teens during downtime. Be sure that all youth have letters, so no teen feels left out.

• 50% Refund 30 days prior to the event
• No Refund 29 days or less until the event

The deposit will hold the number of spaces you have indicated. You are financially responsible for your final headcount turned in 14-days prior to the retreat. 

The Christian Renewal Centers offers fully hosted Confirmation Retreats for parishes to attend multiple times each year. The retreats are given by Cleopas & Company and hosted overnight at the CRC.  

Cost is only $159 per person and is all-inclusive, this includes, 2-nights lodging, 5 meals, activities, talks, sacraments, and so much more!!!

Limited to the first 112 youth/chaperones to register. The CRC Retreat is fully planned which allows Youth Ministers and Chaperones to engage in relationship youth ministry with their youth.
