Do you have a desire to grow in holiness? Want a deeper prayer life? Do people seek your guidance on spiritual matters? Do you have a desire to help others to grow in holiness? Want to gain a more in-depth knowledge of your Faith? Do you desire to be a son or daughter of the Church?
I want to invite you to prayerfully discern if God is asking you to become a CRC Spiritual Companion.
The CRC Spiritual Companion program is designed to form members of the laity in the Catholic Faith as disciples to help others become disciples through a deeper spiritual life. This program is composed of four four-month semesters for a total of 16 months. Now accepting applications for the second cohort. Cohort 2 starts June 2021 and ends in September 2022. The cost is $2,000 per semester and includes both online and in-person training and retreats. The semester cost is all-inclusive for materials, training, lodging, and meals.
This program will only admit 12 students per semester. This allows for a true School of Discipleship. The Facilitator and primary instructor for the program will be CRC Director Kim Brown, M.Th., M.Ed. The CRC Spiritual Companion Program utilizes various authentic Catholic spiritualities, including Ignatian, Alphonsian, Carmelite, Benedictine, and Carthusians.
The program allows a person to do almost all coursework from their home if needed based on distance or situation (COVID). Each semester has two in-person times.
If you feel called to apply, complete an application ASAP as only 12 candidates are taken per cohort.
