COVID drastically reduced our CRC office staff size. During this time, Kim is the only office employee and we have 9 Operations Team members. Email is the best and fastest way to get a response and allows Kim to maximize time in the office to take care of all retreats as well as continue planning renovations and giving retreats. As we build back our staff and positions, we are looking at ways to save money which allows retreat costs to remain affordable. We have not hired staff to answer the phone calls as this would add an estimated $700 per retreat to cover the cost of receptionists.
