COVID drastically reduced our CRC office staff size, and we have intentionally not hired back positions to minimize the operational cost and keep retreats affordable. Kim is the only office employee during this time, and we have 9 Operations Team members. Email is the fastest way to get a response and allows Kim to maximize time in the office to take care of all retreats and continue planning renovations and giving retreats. As we build back our staff and positions, we are looking at ways to save money, which allows retreat costs to remain affordable. Hiring a receptionist to answer your phone calls would add an estimated $700, and our goal is to keep the CRC affordable for all people so our staff works in the most efficient way possible.
